REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1.In case of any damage, or complaints regarding the damage to the perishable products such as vegetables, fruits, milk products during the transportation, the same have to be raised on our customerservice email- customersupport@farmebell.com or WhatsApp on +91 8828460009 or on ‘FarmeBell™’ app within 2 hours of the delivery of the products.

2. Brief description and relevant photographs of the products which are to be returned is required. ‘FarmeBell™’ shall not entertain any complaints after the expiry of the time limit.

3.To be eligible for a return of groceries, the seal of the item must be intact and the item must be unused and in original packaging material sent by us.

4.After the refund is made via our app / web page ‘FarmeBell™’ shall take 7 working day to process the refund into the customer’s user wallet.

5.Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
